Kopperlink is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its customers. Our platform is deployed exclusively on the customer’s premises. All data collected, processed, and stored by the Kopperlink Digitalization Platform remains fully under the control and management of the customer. Kopperlink does not have access to, nor does it process or store, any customer or end-user data at any time.
2. Data Collection
Kopperlink does not collect, process, or store any personal data from its customers or their users. All data handled by the Kopperlink Digitalization Platform remains on the customer’s site and is never transmitted to Kopperlink or to any third party.
3. Data Retention
Kopperlink does not store or retain any customer data. All data retention and deletion policies are the sole responsibility of the customer operating the platform.
4. Security Features
While the Kopperlink Digitalization Platform is deployed on-premises and managed by the customer, our solution provides security features to help customers protect their data, including:
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
5. Cookies and Tracking
Kopperlink does not use cookies or any tracking technologies on its platform.
6. Data Access and Support
Kopperlink does not access, store, or process customer data, even for support or maintenance purposes. All data remains within the customer’s infrastructure and is not accessible by Kopperlink employees or third parties
7. Data Subject Rights
Since Kopperlink does not process or have access to any personal data, any requests regarding access, rectification, erasure, or other rights under data protection laws should be addressed to the customer (the operator of the Kopperlink Platform).
8. Policy Updates
Kopperlink may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be published on our website and/or communicated directly to our customers by email.
